ASADI + XYE- 21+

ASADI is a Persian-American Electronic Music Producer & Performance Artist from Columbus, Ohio. He is known for his rare middle eastern influence and impressive performance ability. In the studio, his knowledge in the land of Persian Composition uniquely activates a sense of timelessness that the world can resonate with, and his instruments play a strong role in illustrating such emotion. They include the Persian Setar, Persian Tar, Persian Daf, and Italian Mandolin. He brings these delicate sounds to life when performed with his drum machine, in which he effortlessly triggers his entire rhythm section completely live on 16 electronic pads. ASADI’s artistry derived from a lifetime passion in writing songs, first learning piano at the age of 5. In high school, his parents gifted him with a drumpad and some persian instruments he never knew existed. This flipped a switch and birthed the 10 year voyage to who he is today. From his diligent hustle on social media, from a thousand hours of perfecting is craft live, and from the constant desire to create truly extraordinary music, a precious die-hard following has inevitably grown to represent the sound of ASADI Worldwide.

Korine, CD Ghost, DJ QUARRY – 21+

Korine is a Philadelphia based ‘dark pop’ duo consisting of members Morgy Ramone and Trey Frye. The pair blends new wave nostalgia, early emo, and punk with a modern pop sensibility, contrasting upbeat rhythms against sullen, emotionally evocative lyrics. Their latest album ‘Tear’ showcases the band’s ability to blur the past and present seamlessly, creating a timeless nostalgia that could grab audiences at any point over the last four decades.

Lewis OfMan w/ Julia Logue, Vickie Cherie, DJ Drew Cornwall – 21+

“Beware of nightlife vampires though, they will take you to a corner and enter in your mind by making you feel like your life is a mistake. If you see one, just run away or kiss your lover on the neck.” Night-time is often an adventure. At twilight, tongues loosen, the tempo speeds up and the volume of the speakers increases. From the hit “Attitude” to the single “Boom Boom”, Lewis OfMan welcomes us into his sonic world. The songs that play there are nocturnal poems, assembled in his very first album, the aptly named Sonic Poems. From his first compositions at 11 years old on Garageband, to the well-received Yo Bene (2017) and Dancy Party (2021), Lewis OfMan has always prominently featured music that resounds in the distance when the sun is only just starting to sink. With Sonic Poems, the Parisian producer takes a step deeper into the heart of the night. “Let’s get drunk and keep it light” proclaims the song “Misbehave”, which invites us to raise our glass to the mistakes we make when we’ve had too much to drink, to the encounters we make at club exits (“Love Parade”), and to the messages sent in altered states (“Too Much Text”). An unsurprising tribute, given the way in which encounters shaped Lewis OfMan’s journey in music. It all started with a remix project, which turned into an original song for Vendredi Sur Mer (“La femme à la peau bleue”). A surreal session in a bedroom with rapper Rejjie Snow followed, then openings with Yelle and productions for The Pirouettes and Fakear.  It is no surprise, then, that to finalize his first album, Lewis Ofman, born Delhomme, visited Tim Goldsworthy and Bruno Ellingham (Massive Attack, LCD Soundsystem, The Rapture) in England. However, although the disc is permeated with an anglophone touch, starting with the texts, which are practically all in English, it is not exempt from other scattered influences, inspired by OfMan’s travels. First with a trip to a fantasized Barcelona, contemplated from the Montjuïc hill (“Las Bañitas”), then with Tuscany (“Sorry Not Sorry”) before returning to Paris with softer love songs sung in French, like a nod to the songs that got Ofman known (“Regarde moi”). Songs constructed like poems, rollercoasters, or perhaps both.with local support from Julia Logue and DJ Drew Cornwall, and touring support from Vickie Cherie!

Jane Weaver, Sonoda – 21+

Abusing, evading and obliterating 20 years of whimsical pop trends, Jane Weaver’s experience as a truly independent and resilient female experimental songwriter/sound-carrier commands respect and inspiration in equal measures. From teenage Liverpudlian shoe-gazer to conceptual-pop mistress, has seen her graze with pocket-punk, Synth-pop, acid folk, indie-schmindie, dark-ambient drones, Hollywood soundtracks and girl-group psych.Sonoda (so-NO-duh) is a meditative pop ensemble based in Los Angeles, CA. The quartet approaches live music and dream pop with a delicate, spiritual, and therapeutic perspective. A gentle glow of crystals, salt lamps, candles and flowers adorn the stage as the band creates a welcoming wash of ambience with warbly guitars and oscillating synths. Each performance opens and closes with a soothing ‘Ohm’ sung by front woman Lisa Sonoda, who resounds deeply on stage with her singing bowl, tingshas and chimes. It is in this dream world where Sonoda’s lullaby-pop sensibility conjures the auras of influences like Broadcast and Beach House. From these influences, Sonoda offers a new take on music and dream pop, bringing us a collective deep breath— a refreshment, a renewal: Meditative Pop.
The band started with Lisa Sonoda’s solo projects, Clearing I (2016) and Clearing II (2017), which were later compiled and released on a small tape run on Never Anything Records. Lisa soon expanded to a full band with the help of musicians like Adrian Garcia on additional synth and guitar. Together they made their first full band demo album Karaoke Life (Never Content, 2018). With current members Eddie Ramos on drums and Jacob Maag on bass, they released singles Half-Life / The Mark (Anniversary, 2019), Point of View & Purpose (Flexible/Terrible Records, 2021). Yuna – with support from YAWA (Amenta Abioto) – Early show! – 21+

There’s a timeless groove to the sound of Yuna’s music. Throughout her career, she has made soulful pop that contains Sade’s sultriness, the flair of Aaliyah, and the sweetness of Brandy. There are clear forebears upon her art, but her story is so singular that it’s hard to draw a line in the sand when it comes to Yuna’s lineage in the urban pop spectrum.  The singer-songwriter was born in Kedah, Malaysia, and spent most of her life growing up in Kuala Lumpur. Yuna was raised a devout Muslim but within an assimilated and secular enough society that she was exposed to a great deal of pop culture. In fact, her earliest memories of music are being driven around by her father in his second-hand BMW listening to ‘80s pop icon Paula Abdul, German metal band Scorpions, and Swedish rock duo Roxette. Via her previous albums, Yuna has built her palette of melodic, uplifting soul. Her third album Chapters in 2016 was something of a breakthrough, featuring production from Fisticuffs and features with Usher (“Crush”) and Jhene Aiko. They were formative and exciting experiences, but she’s flexing her collaborative muscles even more now. On her fourth album Rouge, the list of features is mouthwateringly impressive with appearances by Tyler, The Creator, Little Simz, Kyle, G-Eazy, Jay Park and Masego.  Crucially Yuna has never had to compromise her identity, style or vision. “I’m a Muslim singer-songwriter, but I never saw myself as that,” she offers. “That label became more obvious to me as I moved to LA. 80% of the population is Muslim in Malaysia like me, and we make music and I wear the hijab. It was really cool that everyone I met supported the fact that I do my own thing and don’t sacrifice my identity for the music.”  In 2022, Yuna splits her time between Kuala Lumpur and Los Angeles. Newly independent (she was previously with Verve/Universal), Yuna has been steadily working on new music during quarantine. In March 2022, she released her latest EP, Y1 with “Pantone 17 13 30” as the lead single. It is one of five EP releases that will complete her 5th studio album Y5 out in November.  She lists recent inspirations in Post Malone, H.E.R., and Anderson Paak. “I’ve done this for ten years and I still feel like I surprise people,” she laughs. “It’s fun because I get to educate people and I don’t feel a pressure to be a certain way. People have to understand that I’m different. Above everything I’m just a normal human being who loves making music, who believes in something. I don’t feel like I need to conform. I need to be my own person.”

Leven Kali, Scooty – 21+

Born in the Netherlands and raised in Santa Monica, it doesn’t take more than one song to feel the soul and love deeply embedded in Leven Kali’s inspirational sound. His soothing voice and signature background harmonies have been making waves since his first independent single release “Joy” in 2017. Leven introduced himself to the music industry through a string of incredible collaborations and solo singles that year. Staying true to his roots, he remains surrounded by his hometown friends and family, crafting his unique and heartfelt sound with the people that he loves. Leven signed with Interscope in the winter of 2017. In January 2018 he released his first single “Do U Wrong (feat. Syd)”. Critically acclaimed and culturally adored, the track amassed over 50 million global streams and served as the leading single for his debut project “LOWTIDE” in 2019. “LOWTIDE”, in conjunction with the forthcoming “HIGHTIDE” serves as a two-part project which reflects on Leven’s life in the past two to three years, precisely on the time period immediately after his signing. The highly anticipated “HIGHTIDE” was released on May 1st, 2020. Produced and written by Kali, with the help of his band mates from The Moon, it was a development on the energy of “LOWTIDE”, another chapter in the story of Leven Kali, and features from Ty Dolla $ign and Syd from the Internet. In 2021 Leven became an independent artist, something he had always wanted to do. He spent much of his time that year writing and producing for other artists including Tinashe, Jazmine Sullivan, Yuna, Super Duper Kyle, and LoLo Zouai, to name a few. He also produced and wrote on 4 songs on Beyonce’s latest album, “RENAISSANCE”, including “Virgo’s Groove”, “Alien Superstar”, “Plastic off the Sofa”, and “Summer Renaissance”. In 2022, he signed to Independent Co. as his label and began releasing music again. His new EP “Let It Rain” drops in October before he heads out on his first headlining US tour.If you’ve been looking for a new R&B artist to stan, search no further — Scooty has arrived. Born and raised in Houston and now residing in Portland, OR., Scooty has quietly been hopping on people’s radar through a few independent releases and shows in the bubbling PDX music scene. For fans of Erykah Badu, Syd of The Internet, and/or SZA. Smooth and groovy, Scooty walks the thin line between rapper and singer.

Refunds will be automatically issued to all ticket buyers.Bombargo is a Canadian based international touring band that drops a vibrant splash of soul over their distinctive ‘vintage-pop’ sound. Well known for bringing unrivaled energy to the stage with sing-along anthems, double-brother harmonies, and a powerful message that combined make for one of the most captivating live shows ever! Bombargo received massive acclaim when pop star icon Taylor Swift added their 2018 single “Mr. No Good” to her Spotify Playlist titled “Songs Taylor Loves” alongside mega artists including Ed Sheeran, Camilla Cabello, and Kendrick Lamar. The band also made its US touring debut in late 2019 with their 33 date “North American Dream Tour” which kicked off with Bombargo playing the sold-out Roughriders Labour Day Classic Half-Time Show to over 33,000 people.
